Products
- Do you sell standard-size press-on nails? We regret that we sell only custom-sized press-on nails. This allows us to create the best possible fit for each customer, in turn ensuring longer-lasting and more comfortable press-on nails.
- Are your press-on nails waterproof? Yes, all our nails are fully waterproof. Fret not, you can shower and even swim with them on.
- What materials are your nails made of? We use salon-grade gels on gel artificial nails. Depending on the design, decor may be made of metal, glass, or resin. Unless otherwise stated, all our crystals are K9-grade (the same crystal used to make chandeliers), chosen for their superior clarity and refraction.
Order Processing
- I‘ve just completed checkout. When will I receive my order?
Thank you for your purchase. All our nails are made-to-order. If your measurements are already in our database, production will begin immediately. If you are a first-time customer, please proceed to book an appointment for fitting so that we may begin producing your order. Fittings need be conducted only once. The turnaround time during non-peak season is 7-8 calendar days. Once production of all items is complete, your order will be dispatched. For more information on delivery timelines, please refer to the section on Shipping and Delivery.
Fitting service
- How do I arrange for a fitting?
Kindly WhatsApp or Telegram us at +65 86999024 to book an appointment for fitting. Fitting is complimentary and appointments are available from 9am-9pm daily.
- I booked a fitting but cannot make it, what should I do now?
Please inform us ASAP via WhatsApp or Telegram at +65 86999024. There is no penalty for cancellation, however, please be reminded that production cannot commence until fitting has been completed.
- I’m overseas/otherwise unable to come for a fitting in person. What do I do now?
We understand that not all our customers may be able to attend in-person fittings. In the event that you are unable to come for a fitting, please contact us to make alternate arrangements.
Shipping & Delivery
- When will my order be delivered?
- Tracking is not working.
- My parcels has not moved for days.
- It is past the delivery timeframe and my order still hasn’t arrived.
Return/Refund Policy
We regret that we do not accept returns (including exchanges) or refunds due to the custom nature of our products. As your order is made-to-measure and we pride ourselves on offering tailored fit press-on nails, we are unable to put returned products back on the shelf. If your order contains missing or damaged items, please contact us and attach a photo of the affected item(s) and we will send replacement(s) as a matter of priority. In the unlikely event that you did not receive your order at all, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
